Where do you deliver puppies?
- We offer delivery to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Our most common delivery areas include Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and North Carolina (especially Raleigh).
Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
- No. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. Families in those regions are welcome to arrange pickup within the contiguous U.S.
Is delivery free?
- Delivery is included in the puppy’s price for VA, MD, DC, and NC. For all other states, delivery fees are based on location and transportation logistics.
How are puppies delivered?
- We use ground transport, flights, or in-person pickup. Most deliveries are done by our trained drivers or by our puppy trainers. Flights are available for 8-week-old puppies before they turn 10 weeks old.
Can I pick up my puppy in person?
- Absolutely! We love having families visit the farm, and weekly visits are scheduled for those who’d like to meet their puppy before bringing them home.
When will my puppy be delivered?
- For 8-week-old puppies, deliveries typically happen within a week of their 8-week birthday. For trained puppies, delivery is arranged within 1–2 weeks of graduation from our program.
Are the drivers trained in puppy care?
- Yes. Our drivers are experienced caregivers who work closely with our puppies on the farm. They provide food, water, potty breaks, and a calm travel environment.
Will I get updates during delivery?
- We keep in close contact throughout the process and notify you of delays or special requests. Some families even coordinate surprise arrivals!
Can I switch from pickup to delivery (or vice versa)?
- Yes. We aim to be flexible with delivery plans and can often accommodate schedule adjustments when needed.
What if plans change, do I lose my delivery fee?
- Delivery fees are due at the time of delivery or pickup, not in advance. There are no penalties if your plans change before payment is made.
