This contract is the whole agreement between Allison 1Month (Client) and Pride and Prejudoodles for the purchase of training for the Client’s puppy. Client is purchasing Pride and Prejudoodles’ One Month Training Package. Pride and Prejudoodles agrees to train the client’s puppy in accordance with this package. When Pride and Prejudoodles completes its training of this puppy a trainer will demonstrate the training of the dog to the client. If the client is satisfied with the outcome of the training and signs the demonstration form, that will conclude all obligations of Pride and Prejudoodles to this client. 

This contract shall be deemed consummated in the county of Bedford, Virginia and shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If for any reason litigations should occur, the venue shall lie in Bedford, Virginia. Pride and Prejudoodles will not be responsible for any costs associated with this process. Client agrees that Pride and Prejudoodles’ maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall be limited to $6500.

If any part of this contract is deemed to be invalid by a court all other parts shall be considered separate and still valid. 

The client agrees to authorize Pride and Prejudoodles to take possession of the puppy as the client’s authorized representative from the farm where the puppy was purchased from. 

The client agrees to pay Pride and Prejudoodles $6500 upon possession of the puppy being transferred to the client from Pride and Prejudoodles after the One Month Training Package is completed. (Subject to further fees if additional services are purchased from Pride and Prejudoodles). 

Pride and Prejudoodles shall provide food, care, shelter, and scheduled ordinary veterinary care for the puppy while the puppy is in their possession. However Pride and Prejudoodles is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease or needs veterinary care outside routine maintenance while in Pride and Prejudoodles’ possession. (Though, Pride and Prejudoodles will use its expertise to limit this possibility).
