“Your weekly updates, informative communications, and obvious loving atmosphere is what brought us to you, and is what brought us back when we knew we wanted to add to our family. We were willing to drive much farther since your move, but you even made that a positive and exciting experience. The McWilliams family thanks you!!”

Betty is such a joy! She’s the sweetest dog we could’ve asked for. She’s such a happy goof and continuously keeps us laughing. We’re so happy with how she’s maturing and her eyes are absolutely beautiful. She’s gotten really good with her commands and is very gentle around all the little dogs in our family, including her sister Pippa who is a Malti

Whiskey is truly just a huge bundle of joy and has brought so much love and happiness into our home. He loves to play fetch, belly rubs, snuggling, jumping up and down. He has graduated puppy kindergarten and is already excelling in our next training class.

Are Cockapoo dogs good pets?

Anyone with a Cockapoo knows they make great pets. These hybrid dog breeds inherited the intelligent nature of Poodles and the easy going temperament of Cocker Spaniels, resulting in a sweet, friendly dog that’s eager to please. Their ability to get along with anyone, from young children to fellow puppies, makes them perfect for any family.

How big do Cockapoos get?

Cockapoos typically range in size from small to medium. On average, they stand between 10 to 15 inches tall at the shoulder and weigh anywhere from 10 to 30 pounds, depending on the size of the parents and the specific breeding.

Are Cockapoo puppies hypoallergenic?

Cockapoos are often considered hypoallergenic due to the assumption that they will inherit a low shedding coat from their Poodle parent. However, it actually takes several generations of gene testing and selective breeding to truly pass those genes on without the sending genes. This is why it is important to vet your breeder carefully. We here at Pride and Prejudoodles have put in the work for years for you so you can adopt with confidence. All the Cockapoos that we offer are covered by our no shedding guarantee.

People with allergies may still react to Cockapoos for other reasons than coat. The best thing would be to attend our Open Visitation Days or gauge your experience with other hypoallergenic dog breeds. Have you been around Poodles before? How did your allergies perform then?

What are Cockapoo’s exercise needs?

Cockapoos are energetic dogs that require regular exercise to stay healthy and happy. Daily walks, playtime, and interactive activities are essential to meet their exercise needs. Aim for at least 30 minutes to an hour of physical activity daily, but adjust based on your Cockapoo’s age, health, and individual energy levels. Since Cockapoos tend to be small this can often be done indoors.

What is a Cockapoo life expectancy?

Cockapoos typically have a relatively long lifespan compared to some other dog breeds. On average, they live between 12 to 15 years. Proper care, nutrition, exercise, and regular veterinary check-ups can help ensure your Cockapoo lives long and healthy.
